Internal Auditor Training

A so-called internal audit is a common requirement for certified and other quality systems. The intention is that one or more of the organisation's own staff will follow their processes and check that everything proceeds in accordance with the agreed procedures.

QSC can provide training for your internal auditors. We can train them to carry out an internal audit in such a way as to meet the requirements of a certification body, as well as providing guidance on dealing with resistance, anxiety and lack of understanding on the part of their colleagues.
