Steel tanks

QSI can carry out inspections of steel storage tanks. The inspection concentrates on the base of the tank. The welded seams between the base plates and the corner weld between the base and the wall are tested using the vacuum method.
On completion of the full inspection, any leaks will be reported to the client. Following repairs, which are frequently carried out immediately after the inspection, QSI will re-inspect the leak-tightness of the repaired area.
