Complaints procedure

QS employees are committed to deliver the best possible service to you. If you are of the opinion that the service of QS has been incorrect or inaccurate, you can file a complaint, e.g. by using the email address

After filing your complaint or appeal, you will receive a conformation within 5 working days whether this relates to activities under QS' responsibility. If applicable, your complaint or appeal will be handled by independent person(s). In case independent judgement can only be found outside QS, still QS will be responsible for executing the complaint procedure. Within 4 weeks you'll be informed regarding the progress: this can either concern an end result or a follow-up. You will always be notified about the outcome. The steps in this process will be registered.
